James McGrath is the Creative Chairman of Clemenger BBDO Australia, the most awarded network in the region.

In the seven years he has been based at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne, the agency has taken out record numbers of both creative and effectiveness awards, both within Australia and internationally, underpinning James’ belief that great work works. This year, the agency was named Campaign Brief Agency of the Year for an unprecedented record 5th year in a row.

James has been involved in some of the world’s best work, including National Australia Bank’s ‘Break Up’, (the first financial services campaign to win the Cannes Grand Prix in over 40 years.)

The Four N’Twenty Magic Salad Plate, Guide Dogs ‘Support Scent’ and numerous campaigns for Australia’s largest brewer CUB including The legendary Carlton Draught ‘Big Ad’ and subsequent Slo Mo and Talking Boonie Doll for VB.
