  • Where do the Masterclasses take place?

    
D&AD Masterclasses are usually hosted at D&AD HQ, 64 Cheshire Street, London, E2 6EH. Occasionally, Masterclasses may be hosted off-site at a workspace nearby, or in other cities.

    The locations are always specified on the Masterclass page in the Choose Your Course section. Just click on "Read more".

  • How do I book a Masterclass?


    The easiest way to book your spot on a Masterclass is to add it to your basket and proceed to checkout via the website. However, if you wish to pay via invoice, please get in touch with the team via masterclasses@dandad.org.

    All available course dates are listed on the Masterclass page. If there is a Masterclass you’d like to attend that doesn’t have any dates listed, please register your interest on the page and check back in a couple of weeks.

    Masterclasses are open to all. However, D&AD Members receive a 20% discount.

  • How are Masterclasses run?

    Masterclasses run from 9:30am - 5:30pm, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation email. The Masterclass will start promptly at 9:30am so please make sure you arrive early.

    To ensure that the learning experience is enhanced, Masterclasses have up to a maximum of 14 delegates only.

  • Is food provided?

    Yes, a light breakfast is available before the start of the day. For full-day Masterclasses, lunch is provided and most dietary needs are catered to.

    If you have specific requirements, including those above, please get in touch with the team on masterclasses@dandad.org at least a week in advance.

  • Are your Masterclasses accredited?

    D&AD Masterclasses do not offer official accreditation.

    However, certificates can be issued to show your attendance on the course. To request a certificate, please email masterclasses@dandad.org with your name, and the name and date of the Masterclass you attended.

     

  • Is this Masterclass suitable for me?

    D&AD Masterclasses are suitable for anyone and everyone, creative or non-creative. Previous companies who've come through our doors include Barclays, The National Trust, Deliveroo, Chanel, Spotify, Sky, Deloitte, Adam & Eve DDB, Twitter, Geometry, and more.
