The D&AD New Blood Academy with WPP is a four-week creative bootcamp that catapults emerging creatives into the industry. If you thought a New Blood win opened doors, then this bootcamp blasts the hinges off.

Held in the heart of East London, the Academy takes raw potential and polishes it right up. Through a non-stop programme of talks, workshops, hacks and live client briefs, attendees are schooled in the skillsets it takes to boss a creative career, all while being mentored by WPP’s top agencies. 

Collaborating across disciplines, working styles and nationalities, each attendee will get a better idea of their own creative practice, and leave more prepared take on their career goals. Plus there’s the opportunity to be hooked up with paid internships within the WPP global network.

As well as WPP agencies like Grey, Ogilvy, and AKQA, Academy alumni have scored jobs with Apple, Amazon, Google, Instagram, Nike, 4 Creative, McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, Warner Music Group, and many more.
