After 4 years of a transformation journey, FCB was named most creative network at One club of creativity 2020. Adage Best place to work in 2020. North America most creative network in Cannes Lions 2019.

Over the last 20 years Fred had been recognized as one of the industry’s most progressive creative thinker and leader. His vision of creativity was shaped as he graduated from the truly first European creative school for the digital age in the 90’s and as he was running his own digital shop at the age of 22.

“Whopper Detour” for Burger King, "Story sign" for Huawei, “Project Understood” for Google, “The sharing can” for Coca Cola, “Circles” for Levis, “Shindoor Khela, no condition apply” for Times Of India are great execution of what Fred's work stand for: building brands and business through outstanding and modern creativity. Fred was ranked #1 best Chief Creative Office by" The Drum World creative ranking" and "The One club for creativity" in 2020.

Fred is known for his pivotal role in helping local and global iconic brands to find their voice in the modern world. Previously to FCB Fred was part of the creative leadership team at Creative Artist Agency (CAA), the 4 times Emmy award branded entertainment agency based in Los Angeles. CAA marketing’s work is inspired by a vision that Fred helped define and execute: create pop culture for brands and help brands to play a meaningful role into pop culture.

Before working in America Fred was in Paris. He, former CCO Chris Garbutt and managing team turned Ogilvy Paris into a world famous creative powerhouse. Helping iconic global brands like Coke Zero, Perrier, Mondelez, Louis Vuitton, Nestle to build their business through outstanding creative work. In 2013 Ogilvy Paris was named best creative agency of the year at One show, D&AD and Webby.
