Big Fish is a branding, design and marketing consultancy. The work is human, immediate, eye-catching and probably sitting about in your kitchen.
A million years ago, Will started in advertising as an account man. After a couple of years, he switched to copywriting at Bartle Bogle Hegarty. In two, long stints, he learned from brilliant people and produced lots of work over 15 years.
Along the way, he has also worked as head of copy at Leagas Delaney, ECD at Partners BDDH, a Creative Director at DDB London and, for eight years, as creative director and acting MD of Ogilvy and Mather, London.
Also along the way, he has won several shelves of awards for himself and his teams, as well as working with over 60 different clients.
He jumped away from the big end of advertising to Big Fish in 2014. It's been a reinvigorating revival.
