Having studied business economics I was working for agencies like DDB London, TBWA\, Springer & Jacoby, Jung von Matt and a few more on brands like BMW, Mini, Apple, Bosch, Media Markt, Weihenstephan, der Spiegel, Unicef and many more.

As a Co-founder (together with Oliver Voss) and MD of Miami Ad School Europe with hubs in Hamburg and Berlin I got a global expertise and knowledge/network to the best agencies in the world. Our school became one of the most awarded schools in the world for more than 12 years in a row, collecting thousands of awards and titles like best school in the world, repeatedly best creative school of the world in Cannes and many many more.

I became Art Directors Club Member in 2006 and was teacher of the year at D&AD in 2010.

As the schools creative director I handled strategic and creative projects for all kinds of A-List of brands like Mercedes Benz, McDonalds, Google, Jägermeister, Nivea/Beiersdorf, Porsche, Pro7Sat1, Nike, Adidas, Audi, Axel Springer, Coca Cola, Danone, Henkel, Otto, Tchibo… just to mention a few.

I love teaching and developing people. I understand and analyse business models quickly. I recognize award winning sparks/ideas immediately. I know hundreds of top-creatives world wide because I either taught them or co-worked with them by exchanging students to their agencies.

I am a petrol head, love skiing and tennis, like art, design and architecture, love my family and like to help people to become who they are meant to be. I am quite competitive and am excited to improve things. Always.
