Laura is founder and CEO of global production company, Great Guns. Great Guns’ body of work includes: The Classic Harry Dean Stanton, 5 x D&AD Pencil Winner, ‘Cheat’ for GUESS?, Lays ‘Soccer Football’ Beckham/Manning for World Cup ’22, Uber Eats ‘Don’t Run Out’ Halloween ’22 with Keke Palmer, Pepsi Leo Messi ‘Selfie’ ’23, and Barclays Womens Super League and awarded work for; Pampers ‘Pooface’, The Weeknd music video ‘False Alarm’, ‘Clear the Pitch’ DCA Landmine, #POTATOESONMARS, #POSTSINTOLETTERS AREA 23 and #LOVEHASNOLABELS ‘Rising’ directed by David Nutter for RG/A.

Laura has served on multiple juries. She was President of Cannes Lion’s Film Craft Jury, Foreman of D&AD Next Director, Juror D&AD Black Pencil, President of Dubai Lynx Awards, Jury President at the LIA Awards in Las Vegas. She served as juror on the first USA AICP CDDC Diversity Awards and VOWSS She Says/The Voice of a Woman Award, One Show, and The Immortals. Laura was invited to speak at the LIA Creative Liaisons ‘Journey to the Jury’ and at The Dubai Lynx Awards. Laura was a D&AD Board Trustee for 3 years, and has exec produced prime-time television drama, four independent movies, and recently sold a feature length documentary about London drag queens to Sky UK and Italy, and Peacock TV USA. Laura actively mentors young talent, recently launching a standalone label ‘Ballistic’ to mentor and support promising new talent.

Her awards include multiple D&AD Pencils, Cannes Lions, Spikes, Clios, LIAs, Sharks, Ones Show, Ciclope, and The Webby Awards. In 2018, Great Guns were award Epica Production Company of the Year, and the LIA Europe Production Company of the Year.
