Horacio “Chacho” Puebla is originally from Mendoza, Argentina where he began his career. After working for five years and founding the local chapter of the Creative Circle, he went to work in Santiago, Chile, just on the other side of the Andes mountains, where he began his international trajectory and gained valuable experience in handling global, national and regional Latin American accounts. In 2005, he was asked to join Leo Burnett Lisbon and was promoted to Executive Creative Director after just two years. In September of 2009, he was named Executive Creative Director of Leo Burnett Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and took on his biggest challenge to date by creating one consolidated agency with the same vision, by uniting the Lisbon and Madrid offices. At the start of 2010, Chacho was asked to be part of the worldwide creative board of Leo Burnett, he held this position briefly until he was hired away by Lowe and Partners Worldwide, as partner and Executive Creative Director of LOLA/Lowe in Madrid, handling global accounts for Unilever.

After just under three years at the helm, LOLA/Lowe doubled its business portfolio and grew to open new offices in Barcelona and Lisbon. In 2014 Chacho was recognised as creative director of the year in Spain by a leading national publication and was named one of the years most fascinating professionals by the Spanish marketing press. In 2014 LOLA was named Agency of the Year at the prestigious El Sol Iberoamerican Festival. In the 2014 Cannes Lions International Festival, LOLA was the most awarded agency in Spain. Chacho was also recognised as the 7th best creative director worldwide.
