Delna is Chief Creative Officer at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi India. Since joining in 2013, she and her merry band of creatives have tried to deliver impossible outcomes for all their clients, local and global. Creative highs have come in the form of bringing home everything, from the agency’s first ever Gold Lions to Blue Elephants... And Pencils in between. There’s also been recognition at the #Femvertising Awards, Spikes and Effies along the way. She’s made the list of Women Who’ve Changed the Face of Media and the 50 most Influential Women (2 years in a row!)
She began her career as a writer and lover of all things beautiful with Elsie and Ashok at Ambience, just Ambience, 18-years ago… Learnt to dissect a brief from the masterful Balki at Lowe, has had shorter stints at JWT and Leo Burnett and has worked on everything from shampoos and diapers to cruiser bikes and life insurance.
When not at work, Delna lives in the ‘South of Bombay’ with her son and misbehaving spaniel. She has a long-standing love/hate relationship with caffeine. And is an avid reader. Before her career in advertising she was known to consume whole books in a single day.
