With an obsessive focus on action, Daianna helps companies achieve their impact goals by making sustainability everybody’s job, weaving considerations for people and planet into employee’s daily responsibilities at work.
For over 20 years, she's worked in strategic marketing and social impact with big corporates and small startups, client-side and agency, with brands like IKEA, Lego, M&S, Unilever and Pearson. As a brand strategist at EDF Energy, her work won a Cannes Lion Award, IPA Effectiveness Award, and Marketing Society Grand Prix. She has served on the jury of the D&AD New Blood Awards, and was jury president for the D&AD New Blood White Pencil.
She has written about employee activism and the social impact of business in publications like The Economist, Quartz and Courier, has been written about in The Guardian, Huffington Post and Positive News.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and is an alumna of London Business School and The Marketing Academy.
