Andy Gent is a renowned puppet maker and set builder, with 25 years of experience in the industry. Best known for creating some of the most memorable puppets for award winning stop-motion feature films and tv commercials, Andy has been responsible for every stage of puppet making from concept design and development to modelling, manufacturing, rigging and on set maintenance.
His credit list is extensive, probably most famous for working on Wes Anderson’s ‘Isle of Dogs’ ‘Fantastic Mr. Fox’, and ‘The Grand Hotel Budapest’ his other credits include Tim Burton’s ‘Corpse Bride’. ‘Frankenweenie’ and ‘Miss Peregrines School for Peculiars’ and Henry Sellick’s ‘Coraline’ along with hundreds of TV commercials.
