Ravi is an award-winning, BAFTA nominated executive creative director and D&AD Board of Trustees member.

He has worked with some of the most influential creative companies and people in the world.

An ex-TV commissioner for UK broadcaster Channel 4, Ravi created and ran creative departments for Dazed Media and VICE Media in London before moving to Amsterdam to help drive content creative for brands such as Heineken, Boiler Room, and Red Bull.

He currently runs his creative agency Soursop which acts an executive thought partner helping define long-term creative strategies for brands such as Gucci, Nike, Maserati, The Guardian & Ray-Ban.

Ravi is also creative director at large for the Gen Z wellness platform Woo, which is backed by the UK media conglomerate ITV.

He has created editorial work for Channel 4, Boiler Room, The Guardian, BBC, Viacom and worked with artists such as Bjork, Willow Smith, James Franco, Marina Ambramovic, The Daniels and Ai Wei Wei.

As a proud second-generation British Sri Lankan, Ravi prides himself on his global viewpoint and approach to creativity.
