Tim Malbon joined the Internet in 1998 because it seemed to be the best way to redesign the world whilst also having a laugh. He's been laughing ever since. He has no actual discernible skills other than being a serial-inveigler and pathological enthusiast. This led him to user experience and product design. He's fascinated by big complex systems, pattern-spotting and participatory culture.
In 2007 he co-founded product innovation and strategy company Made by Many, setting up initially inside BBH London where he successfully immunised MxM against digital marketing.Today the company is a 60-strong gang of product designers, engineers and strategists serving leading global companies, startups, non-governmental organsiations and not-for-profits.
Tim's the UK Ambassador for the Webby Awards, an executive member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, and an advisory board member at Boulder Digital Works in Colorado.
