I am the founder of Never Dull. We are an independent creative agency passionate about helping ambitious brands to see audiences as people, not profit margins. Our stand-out creative thinking, combined with boutique studio craft builds stronger relationships through a connect-first, sell-second approach.
Alongside the day to day of Never Dull, I also lecture at the University of Hertfordshire on the BA Graphic Design & Illustration Course, Act as an industry consultant for multiple organisations, sit on the advisory board for the disabled creatives initiative, and Run Grateful. I speak at events/on podcasts and to anyone who will listen, often around the themes of overcoming design, mental health awareness and accessibility within the creative industries.
As someone who lives day-to-day with ADHD it took me most of my early years to come to terms with who I am, and what I wanted to do with my life. In the process of this I was made redundant from my first three roles within the industry, and quit my last full-time role due to a mental health crisis and burnout. As a result of this, my outlook has always been one of trying to help others succeed in life based on what they deem to be a success (not what others tell them) or to help them to better navigate and prepare for anything which might come their way.
