Nora Bank

Nora is a speaker, researcher, learning designer and consultant at culture change business Utopia. She has a Master’s degree in Digital Management, specialising in Business Transformation, Inclusive Leadership and Team Dynamics. Her professional career has seen her honing core skills; such as developing and leading educational programmes that work virtually as well as in person, designing and employing quantitative as well as qualitative measures to identify organisational and leadership challenges and forming transformational relationships with key stakeholders to drive change effectively.

Her real passion lies in educating senior leaders on their ability to drive inclusion and empowering disadvantaged groups to thrive in oppressive systems. This has given her a unique understanding of team dynamics in the workplace and what is needed from leaders and managers today.

She has worked with many global brands, including but not limited to Coca Cola Europacific Partners, Google, Kellogg, Nestlé, Spotify, Universal Music, Unilever as well as fast-growing creative agencies such as the London-based Little Dot Studios.

Additionally, she is a trained Mental Health First Aider and studying to become a relationship therapist as she believes the quality of our relationships determine the quality of our lives - whether this be professional relationships at work, or any other type of relationship in the private sphere.
