Working within the Customer Directorate, Ashleigh is responsible for developing the creative direction and strategy of the Waitrose brand implemented across brand packaging, in store POS and promotions, visual merchandising, marketing communications, CRM, advertising, publications and store signage/design. Ashleigh manages the in house team as well as working with outside agencies and publishers to ensure all graphic communication is to a ‘Waitrose’ standard and in accordance with the overall customer design strategy.
Ashleigh joined Waitrose in 2016, having spent over 15 years working at Selfridges in various senior design/creative management roles promoted to Director of Graphics in 2012.
