Innovation and problem solving for our future is what really excites me, as well as helping brands reinvent themselves in order to connect with customers in new and meaningful ways. At Publicis Sapient I have worked on a range of retail, banking, health-care, fashion, luxury and sport accounts.
A lot of my time is spent setting strategic direction and concepts for the world of retail. Finding the best ways to bridge the gap between digital and physical customer moments and experiences. My projects have included retail strategies for M&S and F&F, new product development for SKY to vision work for Burberry, HCA and Unilever.
