Zoë is a founding Partner of Lowe Counsel a cultural insight consultancy part of the Lowe and Partners network.
Following an honours degree in art history from the Courtauld Institute, Zoë spent the mid 90s working in London’s leading-edge music and media industries.
This involvement in contemporary creative culture provided an ‘insider’ knowledge of culture and marketing which enabled Zoë to move into the advertising world, where she worked as a planning consultant at Fallon and Wieden & Kennedy.
In 1999 she joined strategic research consultancy HeadlightVision developing d_code, a product and service investigating global trends. In addition to writing the d_code report, Zoë also managed the global network of opinion formers who provided the intelligence for the reports and consultancy service.
Zoë set up a global trend division at Ogilvy & Mather in 2002 before moving to Lowe and Partners in 2006 and founding Lowe Counsel. Current areas of expertise include emerging creative culture, global beauty and luxury brand communication.
