Maxinne Abuyuan is an award-winning copywriter and creative leader with a focus on 1:1 digital-first experiences and helping solve real problems across the customer journey. She has built beautiful modern digital experiences for top brands such as John Frieda, Dove, Cashmere, TJX, Walmart, Mazda, IBM, TD, American Express, Dairy Farmers of Canada, Cisco, Volkswagen.

With over 15+ years of experience in design thinking, she has led teams in delivering impactful app, website, digital products, and brand experiences. Her approach to designing growth-driving experiences evolves with advancing technology and is grounded in empathy and inclusivity.

Maxinne has judged national and international award shows (including CMAs, Strategy, One Show, Agency of the Year), has taught and guest lectured at Canadian universities/institutions (Humber, Miami Ad School), and actively participates in mentoring BIPOC marketers and creatives. Her professional training includes an Advertising and Copywriting diploma from Humber College, and she has an Honours B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Toronto.

Maxinne extends her creative passions into the worlds of podcasting, fiction writing, anime, and voice acting. She is an active participant and mentor in the Filipino-Canadian creative community.
