The '16% of CDs in London are women' stat is outrageous; I'm a shameless fan of a good pun; I’m pretty sure that becoming a mum is my new super power and I don’t think, collectively, that we’re doing enough to keep exceptional young, female talent in the industry or, equally, retain female talent who've taken career breaks.
