Karim Naceur was born and raised in Paris ,France.
He began his career at BETC to manage the postproduction of Peugeot commercials.
Evolving as an agency producer on multiple brands like Petit Bateau or Canal plus, he moved to Fred&Farid Paris. He won many majors awards for Decathlon (Tribord) or Audi and produced a popular French campaign for Weight Watcher partnering a famous French singer Amel Bent.
3 years later, he was hired by Havas Paris to manage the Production department . He produced many popular projects as a JoeyStarr music video (French hip-hop star) , a famous activation for Coca-Cola and Just Dance and many ones for Europa Corp.
Then he joined Fred&Farid Shanghai to build a production team composed by Chinese and international producers.
He was named Global Head of Production and managed during 4 years the F&F production department from Paris, New-York , Shanghai and Los Angeles offices. During this period, he produced many high quality projects as Louis XIII with John Malkovich and Roberto Rodriguez and a second one with Pharell Williams, a tv commercial with Stephen Curry for Vivo, Audi with the Bayern football team and several campaigns with Chinese celebrities as Jackson Yee, Zhao Wei, Huang Xuan and even the French actress Sophie Marceau for many luxury international brands. A main point of this period is when he produced a music video for Major Lazer and Travis Scott between Los Angeles and Bangkok.
4 years later, he went back to BETC Paris to lead the Tvproduction department , working on many awarded projects as Gaumont, Pornhub, Duolingo or Lacoste and 2 famous campaigns with more than 15 French celebrities for Canal Plus as Isabelle Adjani, Jamel Debouzze or Kad Merad. He work on many interesting projects for Lacoste with Novak Djokovic, Disney Avengers for Disneyland Paris or Audible.
In 2023, he will be the president of the cinematography jury for the D&AD in London.
