With journalism background , the Carioca Ary Nogueira built his name working in advertising Today, he is a partner and head of the creative direction at Ghana , an independent agency created in 2020 which is 100% composed by black professionals and last year launched projects such as the podcast "Mano a Mano", by Mano Brown, a Spotify original, ( the most listened podcast in Brazil in 2021) among other projects with brands such as Facebook, Netflix, Havainas and Coca Cola. Ary’s market portfolio includes jobs performed into agencies such as AlmapBBDO, in 2006, and part of the Young Creatives Brasil delegation, at the Cannes Festival, in 2007. In addition to all in his curriculum, Ary accumulates awards at festivals such as D&AD, Cannes, One Show, Clio, London, Art Directors, El Sol, Fiap, El Ojo, CCSP, among others. In parallel, he developed websites for bands such as Black Eyed Peas, Keane and Bon Jovi, together with Universal Music Brasil. From 2011 to 2019, he worked at offices such as Artplan, Lew'Lara / TBWA, NBS, Dm9ddb and at FCB Brasil.
