Neil started his career at McCann Erickson London. Creating notable campaigns for American Airlines, Heinz and Xbox.

Later moving to CHI & Partners, Neil wrote the multi award-winning Samsung ‘Charge’ spot directed by Romain Gavras. His work for the Prince’s Trust 'Tomorrows Store' was awarded a Grand Prix for Design.

In 2014, Neil joined AMV BBDO and was responsible for award-winning campaigns for HP 'Brothers', Snickers 'Elton John', BT 'Carols' and The V&A Museum. As well as winning multiple Grand Prixs for his work on Sheba and a D&AD pencil for Whiskas.

He was promoted to Creative Partner in 2021 and named the global creative lead on Mars Petcare and Meta Reality Labs. In the same year, AMV BBDO was named agency of the year at Cannes Lions, D&AD and The One show. The triple crown.

In 2022, Neil alongside his partner Jay Phillips, joined BBH London as creative leads.
Since then, they have been desperately trying to find inexpensive coffee shops in Soho.
