Lori worked in teaching, advertising, management consultancy and the BBC before co-founding the agency Joint in 2012. After a successful decade working with the likes of Amazon, Vue, Google and Reach Plc, Lori left Joint to pursue her own work centred around engaging more men and boys in gender equality. In this and as an Exec member of WACL, Lori encourages better representation of people who are marginalised or misrepresented in media, products and comms, helping future generations to achieve their full potential, whatever their gender.
