Having started her career in major league sports and entertainment architecture, Lauren is focused on the development of brand experiences and connective design strategies for notable artists and clients including Lizzo, Alicia Keys, American Express, Coca-Cola and the NBA.
Lauren develops creative teams to deliver best in class work for the design of Olympic masterplans, sprawling music festivals and intimate fashion shows, all to help clients understand their why, and how that translates to an effective design solution. Most recently, Lauren launched FIND by DESIGN, an online space to discover Black designers, making it easier for all to access amazing black talent across the graphics, branding and illustration industries.
