Zaf is currently an Associate on On Purpose, an exploratory leadership programme for the social and environmental impact space. In his past life he worked at the advertising agency BBH as a Producer with 6 years of experience in moving image, radio, podcasts and events.
His passion for storytelling and making ideas come to life took him around the world, from international shoots on sunny beaches to the more glamorous supermarket car parks within the M25.
Zaf is deeply inspired and motivated by purpose-led, impactful initiatives including sustainability, championing up-and-coming underrepresented talent and advocating for mentorship, most recently with the Meet A Mentor programme.
