Melissa Ditson is a creative leader and problem solver who wants to make a difference and believes that creativity has the power to change the world.
She joined MRM in 2019 as Chief Creative Officer of the US West to lead and deliver creative excellence for our clients. MRM uses creativity and technology to help businesses grow meaningful relationships with people.
Her work has been recognized by all the major shows. But what gets her really excited is work that wins in culture and has the potential to make a real difference in the world. She is actively involved in the creative community, speaking and judging regularly. She also frequently participates in initiatives that help make the industry more equal and inclusive. In her spare time, she works with women to help them progress in their careers and is the proud co-founder of Promote Her, a platform and community that celebrates and promotes women's achievements.
