Melissa recently relocated back to New York from London where she was heading up creative at 360i Europe. She joined 360i in 2017 establishing the creative and production department, while heading up creative for Burger King, Enterprise, Honda, IKEA, Lidl, Norwegian, and Sony. She transformed the creative product from social and performance to digital, taking the work from good to award-winning. During her time with 360i, she was shortlisted for The Drum Creative Women of the Year, and raised the profile of the agency with numerous industry speaking and judging appearances.
Before joining 360i, for the past decade, she has been busy leading creative teams and agencies in New York. She's launched award-winning campaigns to raise awareness about girls education for Michelle Obama's Let Girls Learn. She has led US-wide music platforms for American Express, Budweiser, and Bud Light. And she's redefined brand experiences online for GE, P&G, and (RED). Her work has been recognized by the Clios, D&AD, Effies, One Show, Webby Awards, Shortys, and many more.
Melissa is actively involved in the creative community. She recently spoke at Advertising Week Europe and competed in the first Change for Good Hackathon at Cannes. As well as judging the Webbys, Gerety Awards, Campaign Creative Tech, Dubai Lynx, Creativepool, DADI Awards, Campaign Big Awards, The Dots portfolio review, and the Jolt Creativity Unlimited diversity initiative.
