I’m Soumyaraj Vishwakarma an Illustrator from India. I graduated from Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU Baroda with a degree in Fine Arts, and since then my extensive freelance experience has covered a broad range of work including illustrations for books, websites, home décor, etc. Currently I’m working as a Visual designer at TCS Interactive.
Abundance of nature, some elements from photographs and dreamy scenes- my work is reflective of my own. A blend of natural details and aesthetics, my paintings are emotive and instantly pleasing to the eye. My art is mostly inspired by the natural world around me. Painting greens brings me calm and freshness. I grew up in a very green town, surrounded by fields, trees, and beaches, so I love the calm feeling that nature gives. I’m trying to convey the beauty and magic of the natural world to encourage people to look a little harder and closer at the amazing colours and patterns around us. I wish to spark hope and cheer with a sense of calmness through my vivid and detailed artworks. Enjoy the slower pace of life and be grateful because these are the days that you will look back to. I try to capture similar feelings in my illustrations too.
