Prior to his work in Armenia, Aramazt Kalayjian worked in environmental graphic design at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ. During that time, he designed graphics for several exhibitions, including long-term exhibitions at the New York Transit Museum and Alcatel-Lucent Bell Laboratories. He's received awards from GDUSA Magazine for his work on the Bell Labs Technology Showcase with Liberty Science Center's Experience Services, Westchester Business Institute for Computer Art, as well as recognition from Print Magazine and shortlisted by Digital Communications Awards 2015 with his infographic design for OSCE's Mélange Removal Programme. Kalayjian earned a baccalaureate degree in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.

Aramazt Kalayjian’s most recent accomplishment is producing and directing a feature-length documentary entitled, “TEZETA: The Ethiopian-Armenians” which is currently in post-production. Kalayjian led two workshops geared toward adolescents at the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Yerevan, Armenia which were focused on designing posters and an exhibit for social change. His latest position was as Creative Director at mobile photo-editing and community, PicsArt, who was named one of Forbes' "2015's hottest startups".
