Utpal Barve is an architect by education, an observer and analyst by habit. And a dreamer by religion. He has over two decades of solid experience in varied fields including architecture, design, advertising and even film-making.
He believes in the ‘Form Follows Function’ school of thought in design. This translates to his defining the function in all his assignments, whether branding, identity design or packaging or environmental branding.
At Interbrand India, all his expertise and knowledge in different design disciplines were appreciated globally as he was a key team member of global teams working on several identity design, packaging, motion graphics and content design projects.
He also championed the entire architectural and interior design of the Headquarters of the Mudra which won the coveted AIT awards for design.
