Over the last 16 years, Ali Hanan has worked for some of London's top agencies (R/GA, AKQA, Karmarama, DigitasLBi et al) on the world's most-loved brands (Dulux, Guinness, Nike, British Airways, IKEA, etc). Most recently, she worked at Blippar, exploring the creative intersection where objects (or the internet 'on' things) meets augment reality.
Along this journey, she has noticed how gender diversity has changed within creative departmetns. So she founded Creative Equals, an initiative to move every creative department 50/50 from the bottom to the top over the next five years. Over the last year, it has become a real force for change within the industry. She was nominated by Campaign as one of 2016's 'trailblazers'.
