Lauren is a Behavioural Designer.
From studying Psychology, she soon found a passion for taking the deep people understanding of academia to the problem solving rigour of design.
In 2014 she founded BehaviourStudio. BehaviourStudio works at the intersection of behavioural science and design thinking - an emerging sector they’ve coined as Behaviour Thinking.
The studio works with brands who want to create more effective products, teams working to enhance people first services and to tackle behaviour challenges associated with transformation.
She has worked with Microsoft, Coop Digital, The British Government, The Estonian Government and Contentful.
Lauren also trains creative teams in actionable psychology. Teaching frameworks and tools from Nudgets and BehaviourKit. She’s taught creatives from Ustwo, Made by Many, Pipedrive, Manifesto, Swedbank, Hyper Island and more.
