I am currently a freelance artist and illustrator based in Yeovil, UK. Graduating from Hereford College of Arts with a 2:1. I was also awarded with The HE Illustration Award 2013 at my degree show. Shortly after I was selected to showcase my work at the New Blood 2013 Exhibition and shortlisted for a 20minute portfolio surgery with a leading creative, where I was able to discuss my work.
My process consists of using different textured papers, hand collaging, colour staining and all of my illustrations are hand drawn. Inspired by medical and anatomical books, I use my imagination to create what the eye cannot see. Each illustration is distinctive and unique with a great sense of direction. My work is neither masculine or feminine and I have become passionate about exploring social issues within my work.
