If there's one thing that working with Nike and pro athletes has taught Carren, it's to have audacious goals. As an Executive Creative Director at AnalogFolk – an independent digital creative agency with seven offices globally – Carren leads creative for the network's newest office in Amsterdam.
Her audacious goal? Leave the industry, and the world, better than she found it. In 2015, with the mission of using digital to make the analog world better, Carren founded AnalogFolk Portland, becoming the first and only female founding partner in AF’s global network. As a part of the US leadership team, she helped oversee creative in Portland and NYC, creating award-winning work for brands including Nike, Facebook, Clif Bar & Co, Hyundai and L’Oreal.
At the beginning of 2020, Carren relocated to Amsterdam to help the global network expand its mission into a new market with an ever-growing list of international clients.
Carren has been named one of the 27 senior agency leaders who are charting a new course for the industry in Adweek's Creative 100 list and her Equal Pay Day work for LUNA Bar was named Campaign US' Inclusive & Creative Top 20. Carren was also a 2019 judge for The One Club and the 3% Movement’s Next Creative Leaders in 2018.
Prior to AnalogFolk, Carren spent time at AKQA where she built campaigns and experiences for brands such as Nike, Google, Calvin Klein, Kraft, and Anheuser-Busch.
