Founded Dainippon Type Organization with Hidechika in 1993. Dainippon Type Organization work in the field of graphic, logo, books, motion graphics, where they decompose and restructure type and explores new meanings of type. They have organized numbers of workshop making type with the audience. Released “TOYPOGRAPHY”, blocks of type with KOKUYO, a Japanese stationary brand. Exhibitions held in London (2002), Barcelona (2004) and more.
Founded “Shinsekai Type Study Group” in 2012, a research group exploring the new kana syllabary in Japanese received Tokyo Type Director's Club Award. 2014 October, launched “Site of the type by the type for the type” type.center
