Go In-House

  • About in-house Masterclasses

In-house masterclasses are tailored to specific company needs or created from scratch.

With previous clients including the likes of BBC, adidas, Grey, Channel 4 and The Guardian –  these masterclasses are designed from the ground up and aimed at addressing whatever it is you think your organization is missing.

We’ll even take care of the location, hosting you at our own learning centre in London or in any farflung location around the world you’d prefer.

It’s a cost-effective way of delivering learning for five or more people at once.

  • Who is it for

If you want your team to get some specific masterclasses in a particular area, we can tailor our existing learning programme to suit your unique learning needs or create a brand new programme from scratch. Perfect for companies that know what they want, it’s a cost-effective way to deliver learning to groups of five or more.

Previous clients have come from advertising agencies, design companies, in-house creative departments, media companies, digital agencies, consultancies and brands.

Culture & Tech

Ensure your team's work is consistently relevant by learning from culture and the technology that is evolving around them, as well as the key opportunities in our revolving insight sessions.

Word to the Wise

A special message for: Creative Executives, Managing Directors, Financial Directors and members of HR departments. It's all too easy to overlook the value of learning and development. You may question it's cost, and perhaps even begrudge staff the day or days away from the office that will inevitably be involved. But consider this: in today's business environment, competitors are becoming more innovative and as a result more disruptive.

Your most threatening competitor may very likely be a small start up that you haven't even heard of yet. Which means that if your company is to continue to prosper your team must embrace new ideas, new methods and new ways of working. They can no longer shelter behind timeworn processes. The inner creativity of workers must be teased and encouraged. That, in a nutshell, is what D&AD Masterclasses achieves: turning good employees into great ones, because they will be better problem solvers and more imaginative in the way they work.
