Smooth E Baby Face Scrub has eight core benefits that the brand wanted to communicate. Research also told us that the facial scrub is usually used weekly rather than daily. We developed a campaign that demonstrated all the core benefits and delivered it in a series of eight television commercials. The aim of this series was to engage with teenagers. Each commercial referred to a common teen problem such as love, quarrelling with parents, pimples and so on. The ads achieved tremendous success, becoming a talking point for Thai teens. Stocks started running out just a week after the launch.
