Hugo joined Monzo as first designer, literally on day one, when everything had to be designed from scratch. Today, five years later, he leads the 30 people strong design organisation at Monzo. Together they serve more than 3 million customers with a banking service that people love, making it the most recommended UK brand of 2019.
