Design director @FutureBrand in London. Father in Surrey. Future time traveller.
Richard turns structured thinking into designs which people love. For over 16 years, he's helped all sorts of clients start and strengthen businesses.
He’s badged an Alfa Romeo, arranged music for Vodafone, tackled Wasps in London and convinced a room full of 300 lawyers to stop using small print. He signed the Rolling Stones, brought Summer to Russia and very nearly won the World Cup for England. He’s also been proud to receive several industry awards for his work.
Richard leads teams focused on transforming businesses through brand identity. He helped the Post Office sort themselves out and stretched PureGym to become the UK's biggest chain. He’s automated design for iON, transformed the mind-boggling Merck worldwide and most recently built a brighter bank for NatWest.
He loves the variety that comes from working with brands, favours tea over coffee, likes it when things line up, and dislikes writing about himself in the third person.
