Shane Kerr is the Global Brand Equity Director for Durex at RB. He leads the equity team that are in charge of driving creative excellence and brand identity across the globe.

In previous roles in RB, Shane has lead the regional communications and equity team for Scholl footcare. Controlling the companies biggest brand production budget, he worked on multiple new campaigns across segments and a refresh of the global brand footprint and guidelines. He was Europe Business Director for Health leading marketing and comms capability drives across the region. He was also worked on the global Durex team before, leading innovation and equity projects including sex ed, #CondomEmoji and the Someone Like Me youth and World AIDs Day campaigns.

Shane started his career in P&G across a number of business and innovation roles on the Pampers brand. Launching the first digital only support model in EU and setting the regional penetration and consumer segmentation drives.
