Tori is Creative Director of Shift, formerly We Are What We Do, a social enterprise designing consumer products that address social problems by helping people make better choices.
Over the last five years, she has defined the company’s strategic approach to behaviour change and designed of a series of award winning products and services. These include Historypin - a digital platform equipping organisers of community activities to run local history events, the digital inclusion tool Internet Buttons, a network of healthy fast food outlets in low income areas and a biofeedback video game that improves wellbeing.
Her team has been named a Google Impact Challenge finalist, a Nesta New Radical, and won a Webby and Tech4Good award.
She draws on her background in the advertising industry, where she won D&AD, BTAA and Creative Circle awards, applying her understanding of popular consumer products to the social innovation sector.
