Chiba is a freelance illustrator, an artist who was born in Japan and lives in Niigata. He started printing his illustrations on T-shirts in around 2007 and later illustrations for books. magazines, vinyls and creates portraits comissioned from around the world. Chiba is also a graphic designer creating logos, branding , busiess cards, poster and flyers, etc.
