Jonathan is Managing Partner at DigitasLBi. With over 20 years multi-disciplinary experience, his career spans design and digital strategy, social media and content marketing. This reflects his passions - building creative businesses with a focus on innovation.
He recently led the merger of Lost Boys (a creative agency specialising in social and content) into DigitasLBi. He now leads the campaigns and content practice, which aims to deliver fast, flexible and flawless services for global clients.
He was previously the Global Integrated Business Partner at Engine, where he was responsible for launching Moment Studio in the UK. Alongside his day job he chairs The Ideas Foundation, is a Trustee of Black Cultural Archives, and also co-founded The Great British Diversity Experiment. He is passionate about using innovation and disruption to create better, more relevant communications, and a more inclusive industry.
