This campaign was designed for the 20th anniversary of Shenzhen’s Lavie Matérielle Bookstore. In order to make the design more interactive and full of emotion, LiaoDesign randomly found 20 readers in the bookstore, collected receipts, and painted their portraits using oil pastels. Then the studio invited them to write down their stories about the bookstore. Among these readers are teachers, students, bankers, artists, designers, accountants, etc. LiaoDesign applied these portraits to publications, exhibitions, materials, and events.
