However, while 90% of multinational corporations claim to prioritise diversity, only 4% prioritise disability – something that affects 1/5th of the world’s population. This campaign for The Valuable 500 holds global business leaders accountable for disability inclusion, using a satirical film to expose the toe-curling reality of selective inclusion in the business community. In the ten days following the campaign launch, 51 private sector companies had signed up to The Valuable 500.
