The online dating market has a tendency to come over all scientific, functional and logical. But we all know it’s not about that. For Match.com, it had to be about an unequivocal belief in love. We wanted to inspire people to start their own love stories; to shift Match.com from a technical position to an emotional one. To stay away from the cliché of Hollywood happy ever afters and to capture the indescribable moment when you both just know. This is ‘boy meets girl’ the way we really dream about it happening. ‘Piano’ was also nominated in Use of Music for Film Advertising.
