Kern distributes some of the most accurate scales in the world to scientists, engineers and pharmacists. But how can you demonstrate such exceptional precision with a lightweight budget? Our solution was a suite of stationery that tells you its own exact weight, as recorded by Kern scientists. Precisely crafted copy reveals (in obsessive scientific detail) the weight of each element – from the letterhead to the very ink on the business card. To emphasise just how precise these results are, the copy even details the infinitesimal factors that would influence the items’ weight: altitude, humidity, air pressure, even the position of the sun and moon.
