Local authorities provide few resources to tackle the problem. Instead, they pursue legislation that criminalises Traveller’s way of life and destroy settled sites without making any provisions for new ones. The result is a mental health crisis.

Sports training is an effective mental health resource for many, but many of the Travellers in permanent transition can’t get access to consistent training or gyms.

Giffgaff will build a virtual gym in the cloud, powered by 5G. To help keep young Traveller men’s mental health on track when they’re on the road.
