Le Tex Heritage
Le Tex Heritage
To challenge the idea that supermarket clothing can’t be fashionable, we created Le Tex Heritage, a fictional luxury label built entirely from Carrefour garments. Presented in a high-end boutique and runway show, influencers and critics praised the collection’s “avant-garde” aesthetic—unaware the pieces came from a supermarket rack. The reveal exposed how easily perception shapes fashion value. By reframing ordinary items through the codes of luxury, Carrefour proved that style isn’t defined by price tags or prestige, but by context. Sometimes, fashion might be a little overrated.
