Lisa Smith is Global Chief Design Officer at Uncommon Creative Studio, leading its mission to embed design at the core of brands, communications, and experiences that spark cultural impact. With over two decades shaping iconic names from Walmart and Burger King to The Met and Chobani, she’s recognized by Fast Company as one of the Most Creative People and has earned Cannes Lions, Brand Impact, and Innovation by Design Awards. Lisa also serves as Deputy President on the D&AD Board of Trustees.

Our Chairman

Tim Lindsay has spent almost 40 years in advertising. His past roles include President of Lowe Worldwide, Chairman of Publicis UK and President of TBWA\UK and Ireland. He is now the D&AD Chairman, having previously served as CEO for eight years.
